Ginger Tea

People use ginger root as a marinade, to make tea, and for juice, and also consume it raw or pickled.Ginger tea is a spicy and flavorful drink that packs a punch of healthy, disease-fighting antioxidants (17).

It also helps fight inflammation and stimulates the immune system, but it’s most well known for being an effective remedy for nausea (18).

Lemon Balm Tea

Taste:Lemon balm is minty and refreshing.

A member of the mint family, lemon balm is native to Europe. It has been used for hundreds of years to reduce anxiety, promote sleep, and aid in digestion.
